Return and Refund Policy 

At MindFlow, we are committed to providing premium-quality chocolates and coffees and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. 

 

2. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable Items (Chocolates & Consumables)

    Due to the nature of our handcrafted chocolates and mushroom-infused products, we do not accept returns on perishable goods. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    • Items not eligible for return:

      • Partially consumed products
      • Products affected by shipping delays or incorrect storage after delivery
      • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

       

    • Items eligible for refund or replacement:

      • Products damaged during shipping
      • Incorrect items received
      • Items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., melted due to shipping issues beyond the customer's control)

    Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise & Accessories)

    We accept returns on non-perishable merchandise, such as branded apparel, accessories, or packaging materials, within 30 days of purchase if they are:

    • Unused and in original condition
    • Unopened (for sealed items)
    • Returned in their original packaging

    If eligible, customers can request a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at Info@mindflowyou.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return label. Once the return arrives back to us, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

 

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis and can be processed as a digital gift card, store credit, or refunded to your credit card or bank account within 3-5 days.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives melted or spoiled, we'll gladly provide a replacement. As our products are made in limited batches, delays may occur based on our production schedule, and we will notify you in advance if that happens.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was received damaged or defective.

 

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including any suite or apartment numbers. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the guest, a €15 fee will be charged for re-shipping the order to the corrected address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
