Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (Spain): 2-5 days (Correos)
    • EU Countries: 3-5 days (Correos)
    • International: 3-5  days (varies by location and customs processing) (UPS) 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

🚫 Important: We do not ship any products containing CBD to the United States, Canada or anywhere outside of Spain due to strict customs regulations.

Tracking & Order Issues

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 3-5 days before reaching out.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the courier for assistance.

 

 

MindFlow U.S. Shipping Policy

1. Eligible Products for Shipping

We currently ship our functional mushroom chocolates to the United States. These chocolates contain ingredients like Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Shilajit, which are legal for import.

🚫 Important: We do not ship any products containing CBD to the U.S. due to strict FDA and customs regulations.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

We use UPS for shipping to the U.S. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Customs & Import Fees

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, U.S. Customs may apply import duties or taxes on your order. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for any applicable fees.

4. Order Issues & Refunds

If your package is delayed or held by customs, we will assist as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee clearance. We are not responsible for refunds due to customs seizures.
